What can I use this site for?

This site is a secure way for you to see information regarding your account, such as your balance and the most recent transactions that have posted to your account.

How do I log in for the first time?

Click on the “Create an Account Today!” button; you will then be allowed to create your User ID and password after verifying your 16-digit card number and the security code printed on the back of your card.

Why do you need my e-mail address?

Your personal information will not be shared or sold to any third party. Your e-mail address is required for communication purposes in the event you forget your password. Please refer to the Privacy Policy and the Terms and Conditions that came with your card for further details.

What do I do if I forget my password?

Just click on the Forgot Password? link on the log in page and you will be asked to answer the two security questions you selected when you created your User ID and password. Your password will be e-mailed to the address that you have provided.

Can I change my personal information?

Yes. You can view and edit your address, phone number and e-mail address by clicking on the User Profile Quick Link.

Can I change my password?

Yes. You can change your password by clicking on the Manage Password Quick Link and following the instructions on the Manage Password screen.

Are there any fees charged to my card for using this site?

No. There are no fees for using this site.

Where can I view my transaction history?

As soon as you log in, you can view the most recent transactions that have posted to your account as well as any pending authorizations that have not yet posted.

Does this site use cookies?

Yes. However, it is not necessary to have cookies enabled to use this site. If you have cookies enabled, this site will use one to keep track of your session while you are logged in. When you log out, the cookie is deleted. If you have cookies disabled, another method is used to track your session.

How do I activate my card?

Generally, cards are activated at the time of purchase or when value is loaded on the card. However, if you receive a new card in the mail you may be required to call the toll free number printed on the back of the card to activate it. Please refer to the terms and conditions provided with your card for the specific activation procedures for your program.

Is my card a credit card?

No. Your card is a prepaid card and there is no line of credit associated with your card. Each purchase amount and any applicable fees are deducted from the available balance and you can only spend the amount that is available on the card.

How do I check my balance?

You can check your balance by logging onto this secure website or calling the toll-free number printed on the back of your card.

Does my card come with a PIN number? Can I use my card at an ATM?

Please refer to the terms and conditions that came with your card for further information related to PIN number issuance and ATM transactions.

What should I do if my card is lost or stolen?

You can report your card as lost or stolen by logging in and selecting the Report Lost Card link. You may also reference your terms and conditions for further information.
